I am wondering why the re-release of The Day the Earth Stood Still in December?

Why we do we not have a Condon Committee Follow-up at the University of Colorado so we can clear the 40 year old KARMA of telling the world that UFOS are NOT real? That report came out 1968. We are having a forty year anniversary this year!
