PH: JJ Hurtak, we’re really on the same wavelength along with a lot of people who’ve spoken, that we think this is a really key year about a lot of possible disclosure. It seems to be wanted by not only us but also by the cosmic cultures. Do you think that’s true?
JJH: Yes, I think this is a time of critical mass where the cosmic cultures interface with enough happenings on planet Earth that it forces scientists, engineers, researchers to come out of the closets and prepare the world for the sociological transformation of man which means the preparation of the contact culture showing how all branches of humanity can converge around certain topics of recognizing that we have as a human civilization the ability now to interact with very advanced scientific civilizations due to our information about pollution. We have the ability to make the shifts in the religious and psychological paradigms to build a higher positive psychology of life by virtue of recognizing that there are counterparts to the metaphors of history that make sense in the context of very advanced intelligence. The Keys of Enoch, the ultraterrestrials, those that have graduated beyond the material substratum of evolution.
PH: The dimensional situation, that Ross was just talking about.
JJH: And through the problems of modern society, particularly the near collapse of the biosphere of Mother Earth in this generation, has really influenced leading thinkers, primarily in the field of planetary science and environmental science, to come forth through the intergovernmental panel of experts to speak behind the scenes to leadership at the United Nations as to the short time that we have really to curb our indulgence in misusing our nonrenewable resources. This whole drama of seeing the environmental situation hit us from all sides has forced people to realize there’s a tie-in between situations that no government can solve on this planet regarding the environmental situation of the near future and the long term resolution that will require a helping hand from friendly cosmic cultures.
PH: So we are going to get help?
JJH: I think with my work at the United Nations as a member and a consultant with EPISOG, the economic and social council that deals primarily with the environmental assessments, and also the private conversations I’ve had with world leaders behind the scenes who have told me, as recently as September 2007 when we had the high level summit at the UN in New York where 150 government leaders met, that they hoped there were other influences in the greater universe that would help Mother Earth.
PH: They actually mentioned this?
JJH: They mentioned privately, in conversations, that we were at a near global catastrophe. I believe this also led to the follow up conference that was held privately February 12 at the United Nations, where a special meeting took place at a very high level to look at the impact of the cosmic cultures on Planet Earth. PH: So you think that we’re going to be having more sightings that are going to be very clearly messages.
JJH: Correct.

PH: This meeting on February 12 has gone out on the internet, so this is a true meeting; but we don’t have a regular resolution for the United Nations to look into this. Do you also anticipate that some country will make a resolution to look into it formally, that will come out?
JJH: This was tried in 1978 by Grenada….And of course we know what happened, at that time his government was undermined by the official group that uses this as a method of staying in essence, that this was the wrong type of exopolitics. It was something in the nature of a socialistic peoples’ . There was chaos on the home front. But the world has changed a lot since 1978. We’re looking at that thirty years later now, in 2008, of recognizing that the tremendous breakthroughs of responsible governments in the disclosure projects that have come to the foreground in the twenty-first century, with the high level media stuff taking place.
In Brazil, there was clearly a recognition that the information was on such a high level of engineering and scientific substance that the question has been removed over the scientific community as to solid information to a much different arena of what is next, what action do we take, because we have all this scientific information. We have good film reports, we have good metallurgical analyses, we have actual events where high credentialed individuals within government positions in the past have come forth and have put their statements on record that they are willing to subscribe to face-to-face encounters of the third kind, the fourth kind, and what I will call the fifth kind, dealing with what I will call ultraterrestrial realities that we have enough information to move into a much different chapter of public policy that I think will eventually come out at the United Nations in the near future.
PH: For me, that’s what exopolitics is: what do you do next? We have enough sightings, we have enough evidence, we have enough of whatever you need, done by credible and good scientists, researchers and so forth. What do you want to do with this, and how do you prepare for this contact? For me, this is what exopolitics is, and it’s a graduate level of ufology if you want to look at it on an academic scale.
JJH: It really requires a new type of space law politics. Not simply on the conceptual level, but on the interchangeable level of taking advanced scientific and sociological and psychological information and using it constructively to overcome the fear curtain, to overcome all of the misleading agendas that have taken place in the last sixty-some years, that have placed information in the hands of the relatively gifted few, I suppose, to the world society at large. What I am saying is that in the relatively near future, possibly one to three years, there will be very key breakthroughs on a very high level of social science, political science, future studies, I believe we’ll see a new branch of extraterrestrial science which we’ll show through microbiologists, pathologists, and cultural anthropologists that we have actual specimens of extraterrestrial biological entities in our midst. This database will require a whole new science, in essence a whole new book of life. To that end, I believe The Book of the Knowledge Keys of Enoch, which I published in 1973, will be validated with descriptions of a new type of consciousness physics that will be necessary to go along with the material science.
PH: This is my last question for you. Everybody’s talking about 2012, and they’re personally, with their own fear, bringing on this disastrous scenario. Will you talk about hope?
JJH: This is the whole challenge and the thrust of recognizing that we have a positive future. We need to get beyond the dualistic language problems that Russell Targ and I speak about in a recent book, called The End of Suffering. The problem is the fact that in the West, science and spirituality, or science and consciousness have been separated to the point that people are not looking really at the balance of the inner and outer reality that we face as human beings in this world. We are slowly recognizing that we are beings with the passport to the cosmos, with the privileges and endowments of working with other worlds, other realities. This requires a deeper hope of the human race recognizing as we look back at our historic record, that the close encounters have connected us with new realities. These are new ways of reinterpreting the historic documents that point to a much bigger cosmos of higher beings, that will reappear on the human scene at a point of a change of consciousness. I would call it the myth of the eternal return. The coming back of the creative engineers and angelic dimensions in the mythological language is but a small part of a much larger family of divine beings, ultraterrestrial realities, that have heard the cry of our Mother Earth and are willing to work with us if we are willing to work with our higher nature, our cosmic birthright, and the divine spark that connects us to these cultures.
In this process of waking up to the human potential, we have to realize as the great apostle said in the new testament, we have the ability to judge and discern angels or messengers from higher worlds. We must be willing to go beyond quick solutions in making UFOs into a golden calf, where everything is suddenly solved and reality is handed to us on a plate. We must begin to engage on levels where we realize that the whole drama of life on planet earth is that we are the Adams and the Eves as part of an ongoing project still in information, and that there was never a final point of creation. In Genesis we go back to the original text, it was a process of evolution into a higher spiritual anthropology of recognizing that we are basically multidimensional beings using the great gifts of insight, of arts and sciences, and now in the futuristic dimensions of contact, to realize what hope really means. It is the joy and the experience of recognizing that we are part of the cosmic family and in this cosmic family is the whole divine drama of recognizing that we are both human as well as divine beings.
